Many hands make light work is one reason why faculty members should be involved with program assessment. But more importantly, faculty members are the best people to assess and improve their programs. Faculty involvement is vital.  The facilitators will provide a framework, based on program factors, to identify effective strategies. Participants will have time during the workshop to identify strategies suited to their programs.
