For a Department serving approximately 120 graduate and 40 undergraduate students, our curriculum had remained stable for the past 30-plus years. We are now excited to begin the journey towards curricular changes that can bring needed updates and new options to students. This poster highlights the early stages of these efforts in creating: values and vision statements. Both products and process will be shared. This work is projected to conclude with new programs and courses beginning in Fall 2027. By Chris Lucas
