This poster describes the processes of engaging stakeholders (Student Affairs, Campus Life, Career Services, and Advising), students and alumni to collaboratively envision an inclusively focused definition for co-curricular on the campus of Indiana University Kokomo. Stakeholders, students and alumni are also constructing a common set of learning outcomes and designing data collection methods to guide co-curricular assessment on our campus.
