Welcome to ARC

The Academic Resource Center (ARC) at UH Mānoa provides services to enhance the student experience in supporting the development of success-oriented strategies to achieve academic goals. A holistic approach is used to facilitate growth and forward movement with academic coaching, tutoring and wellness programs.

Tutoring

ARC offers 1 on 1 tutoring by appointment (in-person and online) as well as nightly walk-in tutoring services Sunday-Thursday 6-9pm at the Housing Success Center (HSC), next to the Hale Aloha Cafeteria.

Individualized sessions to help students clarify and implement next steps in challenging situations that may occur on their academic journey including managing time and improving studying skills.

Supplemental Instruction
A weekly study group facilitated by a student SI Leader who has previously excelled in the course and attends class sessions throughout the semester.
