Executive Order 22-07, Rescinding Executive Order 20-06 (S397 Usage)

The Governor has issued Executive Order 22-07 which effectively bans the use of S397.  All charges currently on S397 in FY2023 will need to be moved off as soon as possible.

The University will be advancing an administrative bill to permit S397-like approach into the HRS for the 2023 Legislature.  Until that bill succeeds, the University will have to operate without the use of S397.
