Kuali Build Form 136 for Manoa Units

Thank you again to everyone who attended the Kuali Build Form 136 training sessions, and to those who assisted us with the testing of the Kuali Build Form 136; your comments/feedback were greatly appreciated!

As part of our effort to increase efficiency and to streamline the review/approval process, effective July 1, 2024, our office will require the use of the Kuali Build Form 136 for the purchases of meals, refreshments, and/or protocol items for Manoa units (please note that PDF submissions will no longer be accepted as of this date).
