Centralized Position Management Sweep – Faculty Positions

The following email went out to UHM Deans/Directors/Cabinet and a copy to their assistants and administrative officers on September 21, 2022.

Greetings,

As part of the ongoing Centralized Position Management and Strategic Hiring process, vacant permanent general funded faculty positions will be swept to the central pool for approved redistribution. Please see the attached memo for more details.

The Manoa Budget Office will email your administrative officers the list of general funded faculty positions that were vacant on or prior to June 30, 2022 that have not been approved for recruitment as of September 18, 2022. Your administrative officers will share the list with you.
