If students do not have the capacity to set up remote proctoring at home, AND students are able to come into our office in Webster Hall 112 during the class remote testing time; then we can proctor their exam in person.
To receive our simultaneous in-person exam proctor services through our office, students must meet the following criteria:
- Be a UH Mānoa student
- Class must be online and synchronous
- Submit a request to have in-person proctoring to uhmexam@hawaii.edu
- Be able to physically come into Webster Hall 112 to take your exam
If you are interested in requesting this option:
- Email uhmexam@hawaii.edu and your instructor with the date and time at least 3 business days beforehand. Both parties must confirm.
- Set up an appointment using the Proctoring Request Form
Once confirmed, you may come in at the Webster Hall check-in desk with a UH or government-approved ID (license, state ID, etc.) at the approved date and time
