Student Success Center: Proctoring for Exams

Aloha UH students, staff & faculty! The Student Success Center at Sinclair offers proctoring for exams for UH distance learning courses only. Proctoring will not be available during interim periods or state holidays. Due to staff availability, we may not offer proctoring on certain days and our proctoring hours will vary each semester. We operate by appointment only; walk-ins are not accepted.


Welcome Interim Assistant Vice Provost for Student Academic Success

Dr. Amy Hubbard has served 29 years at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa as a faculty member in the Communicology Program (formerly Communicology Department and Speech Department). She is a full professor and has over 8 years of experience as the department chair/program director for the Communicology Program/Department. Dr. Hubbard holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Marketing and a master’s degree in Speech from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and a doctorate in Communication from the University of Arizona.

The Excellence in Academic Advising (EAA) project is a campus-wide, evidence-based, decision-making, planning-and-implementation process to improve UH Manoa’s academic advising efforts.

Using EAA’s nine Conditions of Excellence in Academic Advising, the university will refine, validate and establish the standards or benchmarks to guide a reflective self-study and strategic assessment of academic advising.
