Description:
As part of the University of Hawaii at Manoa (UH Manoa)’s Faculty Forum Series, please join us for a two-day engagement with the Department of Energy (DOE) to learn about opportunities and programs at the Department of Energy. This will be hosted by the University of Hawaii at Manoa’s Office of the Vice Provost for Research and Scholarship in collaboration with DOE’s Office of Economic Impact & Diversity (ED). Representatives from ED and the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE) will be joining in-person. Other DOE offices will be presenting online, including the Office of Fossil Energy and Carbon Management (FECM), Manufacturing and Energy Supply Chains (MESC), and Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE). This two-day engagement is open to students, staff and faculty of UH Manoa and the UH campuses – with a limited number of non-UH campus participation.
