The appearance of AI redefined what is possible in higher education. In addition, within the first two months, ChatGPT had 100 million users, which resulted in a growing generative AI job market. Universities across the world are trying to adapt their curriculum to include AI in order to reflect the technology’s growing role in academia and the professional world. However, incorporating AI into educational programs presents many challenges for universities, as they grapple with balancing AI’s opportunities with the necessity to uphold academic integrity and stimulate critical thinking.
