Justin Fragiao is the Technical Director of Kennedy Theatre and The Earle Ernst Lab Theatre. Born and raised on Oʻahu, Justin is an all-around theater artist with credits in acting, directing, scenic design as well as previously serving as the Technical Director for local community theaters such as Kumu Kahua Theatre and Mānoa Valley Theatre.
