Requests for use from outside the Department of Theatre & Dance must contact Production & Facilities Manager Erin Breitenbach at ktfacpm@hawaii.edu for additional information and procedures. Please note that the Mainstage is tightly booked in the service of the Kennedy Theatre Season Productions that serve as a training ground for our students and to complete their academic and creative requirements toward graduation. Please note: all other uses incur use fees and labor charges and go through a request – estimate – written agreement – payment track that requires a minimum of 5-6 weeks for form processing and authorizations through UHM.
