Please note that use of the Lab outside of scheduled classes is for Theatre & Dance classwork and departmental productions only.

Do all of these conditions apply?

  • This request is to complete coursework for a Theatre or Dance class in which I am currently enrolled or to book rehearsal for a Kennedy Theatre Season production.
  • I have clicked on the google calendar to see start and end times for each already-scheduled event and am requesting around them.
  • I understand that even if the time looks free, that higher priority bookings may have a soft-hold on the space already.
  • I understand that even if this room appears “free” it can not be used during mainstage dress rehearsals or performances.
  • I understand that booking time in the Lab Theatre is very difficult due to the many demands on the space and have considered all of the other spaces available first.

Incomplete request forms will not be processed. The room is not secured unless you receive a confirmation email from lambornc@hawaii.edu.

    Room Request Form

If you are requesting multiple times for one room, please submit all the time requests in one email to lambornc@hawaii.edu. Do NOT submit the following form for multiple requests.
