Alumni Spotlight: NRDC Video Features Work from Lora L. Nordtvedt Reeve ’12

A National Resource Defense Council (NRDC) video featured work from ELP Alumna Lora L. Nordtvedt Reeve ’12.
Reeve is currently pursing a PhD at the University of Wollongong in Australia. Her research focuses on management of anthropogenic noise pollution under water in areas beyond national jurisdiction. Recently, NRDC produced a video entitled Our Oceans’ Last Chance: Protect the High Seas, highlighting the work of Reeve and others on a new treaty to protect the high seas. Reeve describes the treaty as a once-in-the-history-of-humankind chance to save the high seas and the biological diversity therein. The video may be accessed here.
