Hawai‘i Natural Resources Law Enforcement Manual
This Manual evolved from reference materials created in 2015 by ELP Professor Denise Antolini and her team of Richardson graduates for the first judicial training of the Hawaiʻi Environmental Court. This unique Court was established by the State Legislature in 2014 (Act 218) “to promote and protect Hawaii’s natural environment through consistent and uniform application of environmental laws.” It is the first and only state environmental court in the United States to focus on natural resources law enforcement.
Other resources available are the `OHELO website (current until 2008), and the former ELP Website (current until 2005) focused on making Hawai‘i environmental law accessible to the community.
