Mauiterranean Hummus 

(Dip for Veggies & Chips) 

  •  15 oz. Garbanzo beans, canned, drained plated hummus with carrot sticks on a plate
  • 1/4 cup Macadamia nuts, chopped 
  • 2 TablespoonTahini paste 
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Garlic, minced  
  • 2 Tablespoon Olive oil 
  • 1 Lemon, for juicing 
  • 1 teaspoonItalian Parsley, chopped 
  • Himalayan Salt  
  • White pepper, to taste 
  1.  Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well. 
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
