Mauiterranean Hummus
(Dip for Veggies & Chips)
- 15 oz. Garbanzo beans, canned, drained
- 1/4 cup Macadamia nuts, chopped
- 2 TablespoonTahini paste
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Garlic, minced
- 2 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Lemon, for juicing
- 1 teaspoonItalian Parsley, chopped
- Himalayan Salt
- White pepper, to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
