Information Briefing Sessions

In order to be eligible to fill out an SAPFB funding application, a representative from your organization must attend a mandatory Information Briefing Session. RIO’s, Departments, and Programs will be walked through the funding application process and receive in-depth instruction on the type of items the board can and cannot fund. Questions regarding the SAPFB funding process and the current/upcoming funding cycle will be addressed during the information sessions. 

Every organization that plans to request for funding must attend at least one session in order to be eligible to submit an application. At the information session, registrants will be given a passcode to access the application. Do not attend more than one session. Information Briefing Sessions will be held live via Zoom during the month of February for the following Fall semester and September for the following Spring semester.

Pre-registration is REQUIRED to receive access to the mandatory information sessions. Please note that attendance is required at just one of the info session dates. A registration form will be sent out to select which date you would like to attend. 

The contact person(s) listed on the registration form will be emailed a Zoom link on the day of their selected information session. 

Failure to attend an Information Briefing Session will result in the forfeit of your application.

Applications submitted are for the consideration of events and activities to be held in following semester.
