The funding process for Spring 2024 will require all organizations to attend a MANDATORY Information Briefing Session in order to be eligible to apply for funding. The information sessions will be held from September 25-29, 2023. Details regarding the SAPFB funding application process, important guidelines, details, and dates will be provided. Every organization that plans to request funding must attend at least one session in order to be eligible to submit an application. At the information session, registrants will be given a passcode to access the application. Do not attend more than one session. Please visit the Information Briefing Session tab to learn more.
Pre-registration is REQUIRED to receive access to the mandatory information sessions. Please note that attendance is required at just one of the following dates. Sessions have been scheduled as follows:
- Monday, September 25 at 6:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, September 26 at 4:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, September 27 at 7:30 p.m.
- Thursday, September 28 at 7:30 p.m.
- Friday, September 29 at 3:00 p.m.
To ensure that you receive the link to the session you would like to attend, please complete the form here. The contact person(s) listed on the registration form will be emailed a Zoom link on the day of their selected information session. Once you have attended an information session, you will be provided access to the application. Please note that the application will be open from September 25 at 7:30 p.m. (HST) to October 16, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (HST).
Remember that RIO’s must be registered and be in good standing with the Student Life and Development Office by the time of event reimbursement or the group will be ineligible to receive funding.
Funding Hearings will be held starting November 2023. Organizations will be notified of the funding decision for this funding cycle in December 2023.
