Official dates for the SAPFB Spring 2021 Funding Application have not yet been released, however, this announcement serves as a preliminary note for those who have deferred funding (or plan to defer funding) to the Spring 2021 semester. If you received funding in the current or previous semester, and deferred those funds to the Spring 2021 semester, please take note of the following information in this announcement when submitting a Spring 2021 Funding Application. If you have not deferred any funding to the Spring 2021 semester, or do not plan to submit a SAPFB Spring 2021 Funding Application, you may disregard this email.
If you deferred funding for events to be held in the Spring 2021 semester and plan on applying for funding in the Spring 2021 semester, you may only apply for three (3) events minus the amount deferred event(s). Please see the examples below for more information:
- If you deferred funding for one (1) event to be held in the Spring 2021 semester, you may only apply for two (2) events in the Spring 2021 SAPFB Funding Application.
- If you deferred funding for two (2) events to be held in the Spring 2021 semester, you may only apply for one (1) event in the Spring 2021 SAPFB Funding Application.
- If you deferred funding for three (3) events to be held in the Spring 2021 semester, you may not submit a Spring 2021 SAPFB Funding Application.
