Gutiérrez Delgado is a senior lecturer at the School of Communication at the University of Navarre, Spain. Her primary research interests lie in the study of poetics, myth, and heroism in audiovisual texts, along with exploring the cognitive nature of fiction from a philosophical perspective. Her work spans analyses of the cinema of John Ford, Spanish and German film, family representation in TV fiction, and the myth of Quixote in Eastern Europe. For more information visit her website
