Since 2012 I have taught various German language courses ranging from beginning to intermediate to advanced. I have also taught German literature courses such as GER 312, GER 313 – Intro German Literature and LLEA courses about German Cinema, Classical German literature and Contemporary German Culture. Every summer since 2019, I have been teaching online the course LLEA 371 – Europeans in the Pacific. About my educational background: I received all of my degrees from the University of Hawaii at Manoa: B.A. in Second Language Studies, M.A. in European Languages and Literature, and Ph.D. in Linguistics.
