William S. Richardson School of Law graduate and Environmental Law Certificate recipient, Isaac Moriwake was recently named Managing Attorney for Earthjustice’s Mid-Pacific Office in Honolulu, Hawaiʻi. Moriwake has spent the past sixteen years at Earthjustice, where much of his work focused on water rights and clean energy leadership in Hawaiʻi. 

“It is so cool and exciting that Isaac will be leading the office, carrying forward a wonderful legacy of highly successful impact litigation to protect Hawaiʻi Nei. Isaac’s deep understanding of local culture, controversies, and context will accelerate the success of this Earthjustice office,” said Associate Dean Denise Antolini.
