Sherry Broder discussed the 2016 IUCN World Conservation Congress and International Environmental Law with Dr. Nilufer Oral from Bilgi University in Istanbul on ThinkTechHawaii. 

Dr. Oral is an expert in marine environmental protection, shipping and climate change and she has been actively involved in the work of the International Union for the Conservation of Nature (IUCN) including protection of the High Seas. She serves on the board of IUCN Academy on Environmental Law and she is in Honolulu for the 2016 IUCN World Conservation Congress, September 1- 10.
