New to 4-H? In the state of Hawaii, programming focuses on the three national mission mandates of Healthy Living, Science and Citizenship. 4-H Clubs incorporate a variety of projects that fall under those topics such as Cooking Skills (Healthy Living), Robotics (Science), and the 4-H History Project (Citizenship.) Special Interest programs (SPIN) are shorter in length than traditional year-long clubs and focus on a specific topic area. >
