Today at our meeting (9/9/18), Aunty Kathy and Kaitlin Kitagawa taught us how to make Crispy Gau Gee and Almond Cookies. Another name for Crispy Gau Gee is Won Ton. These free classes are for teens aged 14-17 who are interested in learning about How Honey Bees Work, Life in the Hive, Anatomy of a Bee, Power of Pollination, and Beekeeping Tools.
