The purpose of this contest is to increase knowledge of food safety and preparation, enhance understanding of the farm-to-table concept, and strengthen understanding of the importance of buying locally grown products. Lucky Clovers Youngers Project Report Our project for this upcoming year is learning about foods from different cultures. Today at our meeting (9/9/18), Aunty Kathy and Kaitlin Kitagawa taught us how to make Crispy Gau Gee and Almond Cookies. Another name for Crispy Gau Gee is Won Ton.
