The purpose of this contest is to increase knowledge of food safety and preparation, enhance understanding of the farm-to-table concept, and strengthen understanding of the importance of buying locally grown products. Today at our meeting (9/9/18), Aunty Kathy and Kaitlin Kitagawa taught us how to make Crispy Gau Gee and Almond Cookies. Another name for Crispy Gau Gee is Won Ton.
