2025 Video Cooking Contest Now Open
The 2025 Hawai’i Video Cooking Contest is sponsored by the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resilience‘s Hawai’i 4-H and GET Local programs. The contest is open to any student who lives in the State of Hawai’i in grade or is connected to the Hawai’i-supported OCONUS 4-H sites. Participants must be in grades 5-12 and are not required to be a member of Hawai’i 4-H. Oahu County youth (5 to 18) have until May 31st to sign up for our Giant Fruit and Vegetable Contest. Youth can grow a giant variety of Tomato, Sunflower or Pumpkin. Plants will be distributed in the months of June and July. Youth will then showcase their harvest at a weigh in day on October 14th.
