How do I report a potential safety concern?

During normal work hours (M-F 7:30 am-4:00 pm, excluding State Holidays) contact the Work Coordination Office at 808-956-7134.

Outside of normal work hours call the Department of Public Safety at 808-956-6911.

I’m a staff or faculty member, what is the process for conducting a cosmetic refresh or renovation of the space my department is occupying?

Please contact the Work Coordination Center (WCC) to elaborate on the scope of your request and learn more about the renovation process. 

I’m a faculty or staff member, how do I submit a request to reserve a centrally managed space on the Mānoa Campus?

Please complete a space reservation request via google forms to initiate a reservation request.

Visit the Campus Arboretum website for information.
