Applied Photophysics ChirascanTM V100 Circular Dichroism Spectrometer

The ChirascanTM V100 from Applied Photophysics is a multipurpose spectrophotometer that can measure Circular Dichroism (CD), UV, and Fluorescence. Isothermal and thermal experiments can be conducted with the peltier thermostat sample chamber. This instrument is also equipped with a titrator featuring complex mixing.
Circular Dichroism (CD), UV, and Fluorescence is suitable for studying chiral molecules of all types and sizes, generating high quality data that can contribute to a deeper understanding of biomolecules characteristics, mechanisms and interactions.
