Why can’t I bypass the first page of the registration form?
The first page requires your UH student ID which is cross-referenced against a list of successful tuition deposits. Please make sure your details are correct and that you have paid a tuition deposit before accessing the registration portal. It asks me to select a ‘Learning Community’, how do I know which one to choose?
ACE offers a total of 23 diverse learning communities that connect students of similar majors and major interests. Each learning community has multiple clusters with varying schedules to best work with the students’ preferences. Visit our website to find more information on our offered Learning Communities.
Why can’t I register for my Pre-Health & Life Sciences/ Pre-Engineering Cluster?
A Chemistry Placement exam and adequate scores are required for the registration of any Pre-Health & Life Sciences / Pre-Engineering cluster (Clusters 8, 33-36, 41-42). Your UH student ID is used to verify the completion of the Chemistry Placement Exam so please make sure your ID is entered correctly. If you took the placement exam recently, please be aware that scores take 1-2 business days to be reviewed and processed by the UH Chemistry Department.
