Peer Mentorship

The Fall 2022 ACE Peer Mentor Application is now closed.

The peer mentorship program works through ACE and gives juniors & seniors the opportunity to fine-tune leadership skills that will allow them to succeed in their endeavors beyond college. Peer mentors will be in assigned to groups of first-year students and act as a resource to help them acclimate to college life. Mentors should be dedicated to ensuring the wellbeing of their underclassman peers and posses a firm grasp on what it takes to successfully acclimate to UHM.

Position Requirements

  • Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing by Fall 2022 (30+ credits)
  • Good academic standing
  • Intent on using own skill-set to assist others

Position Benefits

Mentors receive a $2,000-2,5000 stipend

Earn four credits in CAS 301.

Fulfill an O focus & upper division WI requirement
