A literacy guide created for Hawai’i’s Farmers

The Cool Mind, Main Thing: ABCʻs of Inner Well-being is a mental health literacy guide that provides stress management skills and coping strategies. The training provides the language to understand and communicate when stress occurs, and specific tools to address and manage the stress.

The self-guided version was created to assist individuals understand how stress manifests in the body and how to manage and cope with stress as it occurs.

The peer-to-peer version was designed to provide guidance when assisting someone who is experiencing stress.

Suicide Prevention

AgriSafe provides on-going, free, virtual QPR trainings that help individuals recognize and respond to mental health crises and addresses suicide prevention strategies.
