  • Longitudinal data analysis and hierarchical data analysis with mixed models
  • Multivariate analysis, graphical models, survival analysis, asymptotic inference
  • Statistical genetics and genetic epidemiology
  • Developing complex statistical tools to model the effects of genes and environmental factors associated with complex human diseases
