CPB Chairman John Dean to headline Shidler College's Hall of Honor Awards

Distinguished business leaders will be be inducted into Shidler’s Hall of Honor

WHAT:                 The Shidler College of Business Hall of Honor Awards featuring keynote speaker John Dean, executive chairman of the board of Central Pacific Financial Corp. and Central Pacific Bank
                              Dean was formerly the CEO of Silicon Valley Bancshares and Silicon Valley Bank. He is credited with turning around several troubled banks, such as Pacific First Bank, First Interstate Bank of Washington, First Interstate Bank of Oklahoma and First Interstate System Inc.
                              Dean will share his experiences as a CEO with a knack for turning around troubled banks and his vision for the future of Central Pacific Bank.
                             The College will also honor the following Shidler alumni:
                             • Stephen Chamberlin, chairman, Chamberlin Associates and Rouse/Chamberlin Homes
                             •  Gordon Ciano, audit partner, KPMG LLP
                             •  Cecilia Ho, executive director, Goldman Sachs LLP (Asia)
                             •  Eric Yeaman, president and CEO, Hawaiian Telcom
