UH Bookstores holding cell phone drive to help domestic violence victims

UH Bookstores and the Rainbowtique, in conjunction with the UH Mānoa Women’s Center, will be holding a Drive Out Domestic Violence Cell Phone Drive at all store locations until the end of February.

 

New or used cellular telephones may be dropped off at any Rainbowtique or UH Bookstore. The cell phones will be donated to the Hawaii State Coalition Against Domestic Violence, which will refurbish and distribute them to victims of domestic violence.

 

As part of the drive, the UH Bookstores and the Rainbowtique will thank every cell phone donor with a special mahalo offer.
