University of Hawaiʻi at MānoaWHAT: A groundbreaking ceremony for the Residences for Graduate Students at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. The $170-million facility is UH’s second public-private partnership to build new student housing facilities on the UH Mānoa campus and is scheduled to be completed in fall 2025.
