WHO: UH Mānoa students preparing for finals can find stress-relieving activities and free meals thanks to the Campus Center Board Activities Council.

WHEN: December 12-15, 2022

WHERE: UH Mānoa Campus Center

ADDITIONAL FACTS:

  • Students had the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities throughout the week to help alleviate stress. There were lomi-lomi massages, sessions with therapy dogs, build-your-own stuffed animal (and other crafts), study areas and evening meals that included breakfast for dinner, taco Tuesday, sweet treats on Wednesday night and wellness foods on Thursday night.
  • Hundreds of students participate in the Cram Jam every semester when it is held. It had been absent during the pandemic.
  • The Cram Jam has been happening for more than 17 years.
  • The free meals and massages are the biggest hits, but making your own stuffed animal is a big hit as well.
  • Starbucks was open until 9 p.m. instead of the usual 5 p.m.
