WHO:  83 children from three University of Hawai‘i childcare centers and their families and 12 early childhood education (ECE) students from Honolulu Community College.

WHERE:  Keiki Hau‘oli Children’s Center (Honolulu CC), Alani Children’s Center (Kapi‘olani CC) and The Children’s Center (Leeward CC)

WHAT:  ECE faculty, students and childcare center staff are providing online learning through singalongs, reading books, parenting resources and more. ECE students are continuing their practicum online instead of at the centers.

HOW:  Virtually through Zoom, email, etc.

WHY:  The centers that serve UH students, faculty and staff were closed for the semester due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
