Please note the following when using the form below:

1. This form is for postal orders, so kindly print it and mail it with a check made out to University of Hawai‘i Foundation. If you prefer to use a credit card, please go to the University of Hawai‘i Press website, where you may subscribe or purchase single copies.
2. Do not use the submit button unless you want to send us your order before paying for it. We will prepare your order but will not send it to you until we receive your payment.
3. Teachers ordering multiple copies for their classes will receive a discount. Please contact UH Press for more information on discounts and placing orders.
