To me taking Vietnamese has been a refreshing break from my other classes. On a day full of biochemistry, physics, calculus, etc. it’s really refreshing to have a class like Vietnamese as a sort of breather. I think the best way to learn about a culture is through speaking a language. If you are interested about learning about Vietnamese culture, I would definitely recommend taking Vietnamese!
