The International Cultural Studies Certificate Program was founded by faculty across the disciplines of the arts, humanities, and social sciences. The program was co-sponsored by the East-West Center and the College of Arts and Sciences, Languages, Linguistics, and Literature, the Social Sciences, and the School of Hawaiian, Asian, and Pacific Studies. The three-year directorship of the Program rotates among the faculty of the sponsoring colleges, not including the East-West Center. Funding support was to be shared among all the co-sponsors.
