Two Night Minimum
All reservations must be for a minimum of two nights.
Insurance Requirements
Third-party organizations must provide proof of liability insurance before their stay. For required insurance provisions, click here. Certificates of Insurance (COI) must be at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your reservation, please email us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after the reservation deposit and/or final payment due date will incur a cancellation fee.
Minors
A Parent-Legal Guardian Consent Waiver Release and Indemnity Agreement is required to be completed for each minor. Additionally, the affiliated University department will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Executive Policy EP 2.202 (Safety and Protection of Minors).
Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and public areas of the Conference Housing facilities. UH Mānoa is a smoke-free campus.
Alcohol
Guests over the age of 21 may consume alcohol in their unit, provided all individuals in the unit are also over 21. The possession or consumption of alcohol in public areas is prohibited. Violators may face immediate eviction from Conference Housing.
Fire Safety Equipment
Each room is equipped with fire sprinklers and smoke detectors. Evacuation routes are posted on the back of unit doors. Guests who tamper with or remove fire safety equipment, including fire sprinklers or smoke detectors, may face immediate eviction.
By ensuring guests follow these policies, we can maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all.
Check-in
Guests check-in at the conference desk between 2:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on the scheduled date of arrival. Checking-in prior to 2:00 p.m. will result in a $25.00 early check-in fee.
Guests arriving after 9:00 p.m. can contact the on-call staff member at 808-620-1014 upon arrival. Please be ready with a photo ID.
If you are a group coordinator, you can check in your group and pick up the keys and meal cards to distribute yourself, or you can have each member check in individually. To ensure a smooth check in, please let your office contact know which option you prefer.
Check-out
Guests must check out at the conference desk prior to 12:00 p.m. on the scheduled date of departure. Check out after 12:00 p.m. will result in a $25.00 late check out fee. Guests needing to check out prior to the conference desk hours can fill out an Express Check Out form. There is no penalty for checking out early.
If you are a group coordinator, you can check out your entire group or have each member check out individually. To ensure a smooth check out, please let your office contact know which option you prefer. Only keys need to be returned; meal cards can be kept.
Please leave all linen on your bed for our staff to remove at a later time.
Parking
Parking is available upon request for an additional charge of $5.00 per day per vehicle (Zone 20) or an additional charge of $25.00 per day per vehicle (Zone 8). Arrangements for parking must be made in writing through the conference office at least 18 business days prior to requested date(s). Passes requested prior to guest arrival will be available at guest check-in.
Passes are valid in approved zones only and must be displayed at all times. Guests who violate parking terms will be subject to citation by the Commuter Services office.
