Academic Year '23 - '24 Application Deadlines

March 15th, 2023, 11:59pm, Wednesday

Renewal 2023: Current Spring 2023 residents in good financial standing wanting to secure their housing for the Academic Year 2023 – 2024 must submit a Non-Freshmen, Family or Graduate application by this date.

May 1, 2023, 11:59pm, Monday

Housing applications received by the housing office on or before this date will receive priority consideration. Applications received after this date will be processed by date of receipt.

Important Dates for Academic Year '22-'23 Contract

August 16-19, 2022

Move-In 2022 – view information page for specific hall opening dates and times.

August 23, 2022, by 9:00pm, Tuesday

Hall check-in deadline. Unless the Student Housing office is notified of late arrival, housing contracts of those who fail to meet this deadline will be canceled with penalty.

December 17, 2022, Saturday

Fall meal program ends with dinner.

January 8, 2023, Sunday

Spring meal program begins.

May 13, 2023, Saturday

Spring meal program ends with brunch.

May 13, 2023, by noon, Saturday

Residence halls and apartment complexes close for the academic year. Residents who complete their final exams prior to this date are expected to move out by noon of the day following their last exam.
