University Housing

The University of Hawaii at Manoa provides two types of housing

Conference Housing (owned and operated by the UH Manoa Conference Housing)

UHM dorms are on campus and only a few minutes from the Shidler College of Business. The Conference Housing program offers comfortable and affordable accommodations for individuals and groups needing temporary housing. UHM Conference Housing has offered to provide limited apartments/rooms to the HARC participants.

 

To apply, please complete the UHM Conference Housing Application.

 

 

Check-in is after 2:00pm and check-out is before 12 noon. If you or your group would like to check in or check out at a different time, please contact the Conference Housing Office to arrange an early check-in or late check-out. Early arrivals and late departures will result in a fee of $25.00 per group. Early check-in and late check out are not guaranteed and must be approved by the Conference Housing office.

Lincoln Hall (Operated by the East-West Center, A Federal Government Entity)

The reservation is available from December 30, 2024, through January 8, 2025. 

The Hawaii Accounting Research Conference (HARC) has negotiated a limited number of rooms and apartments on campus at Lincoln Hall. Lincoln Hall apartments are on campus and only a few minutes from the Shidler College of Business.

 

Rates for Visitors and Conference Attendees (subject to change)

Standard studio Double beds (single or double occupancy) $95.00 per night
Corner studio Two double beds (single or double occupancy) $116.00 per night
Kitchen units Queen bed (single or double occupancy) $134.00 per night

 

How to apply

Please complete the application form and submit it via secure methods (e.g., Dropbox) to Housing@eastwestcenter.org. Alternatively, you can fax the completed form to

Please note that you must pay for room charges upon check-in, and third-party checks will not be accepted.

 


Check-in Instructions:

  1. You will need to present your ID at check-in and pay for the entire cost of your stay by cash, a major credit card (except American Express), and/or travelers’.
  2. Lincoln Hall Front Desk is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  3. If the Front Desk is closed, please go to the Hale Manoa dormitory (less than a block south of Lincoln Hall on the same street: 1711 East-West Rd) to check in. You will receive the room key there.
  4. To enter Lincoln Hall after 8:00 p.m., please enter through the side glass doors using your room key.
