Flight Arrangements:
Participants should fly to the Honolulu (Daniel K. Inouye) International airport (Airport code HNL). All other airports will require subsequent inter-island travel.

 

Please note:

• At least one author of each accepted paper must register to attend the conference by October 12 in order secure publication in the Conference Proceedings.
• Conference registration is not assured until full payment arrangements are made.
