Track chairs ensure each submitted paper is reviewed by at least two qualified people who are active in the corresponding topics. The final decisions on accepting or rejecting a paper will be made by the track chairs and will be communicated to the author by the conference staff.
Track chairs may also recommend whether a paper should be considered for publication by one of the sponsoring journals (the decision on acceptance/rejection for publication is by the journal editors and not by track chairs).
