Before The Meeting
- Submit your research paper on EasyChair.
- Fill out the registration form and make the payment. The registration deadline is October 30th.
- The regular registration fee is $650
- Ph.D. student’s registration fee is $200
- The late registration fee is $750
- Reserve your hotel or on-campus university housing. Please see the Lodging page for details.
- Book your flight to Honolulu (airport code: HNL).
- If needed, please contact the HARC Conference Office via email (harc@hawaii.edu) to request an invitation letter.
- Check out the HARC Shuttle Schedule or Reserve your Rental Car. Please see the Transportation page for details.
- Read the Paper Submissions page for concurrent presentation/ concurrent presentation without discussant guidelines and Program page for details on the conference schedule. Please contact the authors/discussants if needed.

At The Meeting
- Pick up your registration material at the registration desk.
- Attend the concurrent sessions, plenary sessions, and poster sessions.
- Attend the receptions and luncheons for great networking opportunities.
- To get CPE credits, please complete the sign-in sheets, which are located in each session room.
After The Meeting
- You will receive confirmation emails regarding CPE credits.
- Please respond to the evaluation survey after the meeting.
- Keep in touch with any contacts that you made at HARC.
