Shoyu Roast Pork


  • 4 oz Soy Sauce
  • 2 oz Sugar
  • 2 oz Garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • 3 lbs Pork Shoulder

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and marinade overnight
  2. Remove pork from marinade
  3. Place into a pan lined with aluminum foil
  4. Roast in a 275˚F oven and until an internal temperature of 160˚F is reached
  5. Remove from oven and let rest before slicing
