Ingredients “Butter-free Banana Bread * 6 large ripe bananas, mashed * ½ cup applesauce * 4 eggs * 2-½ cup flour * 2 teaspoons baking soda * 2 cups sugar |
Mix banana, applesauce and eggs. Sift flour, baking soda, and sugar in a separate bowl. Mix well. Gradually add flour mixture to banana mixture. Mix until ingredients are blended together. Pour into muffin pans. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes. If using 9×13 pan, make sure to grease pan and bake for 1 hour. Test with toothpick, if comes out without wet batter, it is ready to enjoy. Makes 24-30 muffins. |

Ingredients * 8 Cups Water * 1lb Chicken Sliced * One Carrot * 2 Tablespoon Shoyu * 1 Teaspoon Ginger * ½ Bunch Mizuna * 6 Mochi |
Put 8 cups water in Pot. Slice all the Chicken into small pieces. Put the chicken in pot. Put ginger and shoyu, and mix then Simmer for 15 minutes. Peel carrot and wash peeled carrot and mizuna. Cut carrot and put inside pot. (Optional) Skim the top so soup is clear. Cut mizuna and put inside pot. Turn off heat. Toast mochi until puffed. Put a mochi in a bowl and put soup. Let mochi soak up the soup. |
